We had a fantastic stay at this resort in Przesieka! The location was fantastic, right by the pedestrian area, making it easy to explore the charming town. Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist us. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and the view from the dining area was stunning. We also enjoyed the wellness facilities, especially the beautiful pools and spa. a great experience!

The noise from the construction nearby was a bit bothersome.

Had spacious room with the linen for the 2+2 bed arrangement, perfect soundproofing, as example, and protected with smoke detectors. The location couldn't be more great on mountain. We stayed here for 2 nights and greatly enjoyed the place.

The luxurious Wellness Zone with swimming pool and jacuzzis is perfect for relaxation. The conference rooms and professional support ensure a successful event. The Smartlift takes care of my crows feet and drooping eyelids. The gym and spa are top-notch.

What a joy to wait 45 minutes for check-in and have an uncleaned room for a day! And let's not forget the pleasure of picking up my own food when ordering room service before 7 pm.

Breakfast offered a wide range of delicious options and we were able to enjoy the great leisure facilities, including the clean swimming pool and sauna. The large parking space was also a plus.

We did experience a bit of delay in the waitresses' service at times.

The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. When I requested additional towels, they gave me a hard time and made me feel like I was asking for too much.

my recent stay in sosnowka blew me away. this time, lake hill resort & spa surpassed all expectations. the views of the lake and mountains were breathtaking, the stylish design was impeccable, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. the kids loved the warm swimming pool, and the food was a true masterpiece. i can't wait to go back!

Something was off with the service.

The view from the wellness area was absolutely breathtaking. We could relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. The breakfast had a wide range of options and the live music on Friday afternoon was a nice touch.

The staff seemed intimidated by English and were stressed when the manager was around. We also had some issues with the swimming pool being crowded and too much chlorine causing skin rashes.
